Our little group of Mashers and Bashers from Chula Vista dismantled the Great Lakes representative 15-0 tonight.....it was impressive. Before the game started ESPN asked each little leaguer who his favorite player was and it was refreshing to hear the vast majority say Adrian Gonzalez. It was very cool to see these young kids taking pride in someone from San Diego and currently representing the San Diego Padres.
Anyways.....it's a fairly expensive trip for the families to take and the longer Park View stays alive (they'll win it.....that's not like jinxing a no-no is it?) the more costly the trip becomes.
